Soccer Fight

Soccer Fight is a fighting game where you play some of the best soccer players in history. Although the names are slightly modified, we're talking about Maradona, Pele, Messi, and Ronaldo, though to avoid any license problems the game shows them as Merendona, Pale, Nesi, and Romualdo.

In Soccer Fight there are several different game modes. In the training mode you can practice all the moves in the game against a rival who doesn't move. This way you can easily learn special attacks and combos: fire balls, flying kicks, deadly combos ... there are really lots of moves to learn.

Outside the practice mode, there's the World Cup mode, where you have to choose your favorite player and fight against the other ones. Fights take two rounds, in which you have to beat up your rival with fists and kicks.

Soccer Fight is a 2D fighting game (although it has 3D graphics) that could look a bit better visually, but still offers a really fun gaming experience. In the end, it's not every day that you can beat up a digital version of the soccer player you hate most.
